Joseph joined OKO in March 2021 and was paired with a mentor, Max, whose background in data analysis – and CEO of his own company – was a million miles from Joseph’s chosen discipline of interior architecture. Nonetheless the two of them quickly discovered many personality and mindset similarities.
At the start of their OKO journey together, Max asked Joseph to write down two specific goals he was going to pursue over the course of the programme. Joseph said that whilst he’d love to bolster his own self-confidence, even more than that, he wanted to get a job designing luxury bathrooms for a big company.
And that’s precisely what’s happened. Joseph perfected his CV, nailed the interview, got the job. He started week or two ago in July, but he tells this story much better than we do – check it out in the video.
