Select your plan & get your quote Once legal gives the green light, simply choose the plan that fits your business. For companies with over 150 employees, you can instantly configure a custom plan and download a formal quote with all the details your procurement team needs to raise a PO. Coaches need to be a minimum of 26, but the rest of your younger employees can sign up as coachees, making OKO a whole company solution.

Activate your account With your PO number ready (if required), log back in to generate your invoice and move on to payment. As soon as it's settled, your OKO management console will be activated, and you'll be ready to start growing your people.

Launch You are provided with a host of content and supporting collateral to manage deployment. Utilising our templated invite (plus some GenAI wizardry), you send a single email to your all@business distribution list which will include a secure self-signup link.

Register Your people join the program by providing their name, a brief bio, a picture, their manager's email, and most importantly they complete the OCEAN five factor personality questionnaire. This process takes a mere 5-7 minutes.
